Early days were Roller Rinks with wood floors (everyone in a circle!….”Ladies Choice!”)….made first skateboard that had metal wheels (came from shoe skates that attached to bottom of any shoe)….not good for street skating, so us guys would skate down bridges going to beaches in S. Florida…..second skateboard had the hard rubber wheels used in roller rinks but very expensive for kids!…..poly wheels came out along with the Vietnam War and the draft……end of skating..the world suddenly became "VERY REAL!"....This shirt is dedicated to all skaters as it still takes raw nerve today just like yesterday!
